How does the free trial work?
Every new company gets 30 days of full access with no payment and no card details. Message us to start, and we'll set up your company workspace. If you'd like to continue after 30 days, choose a plan and we'll activate your subscription.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SmartAkant runs in the cloud. You and your team sign in from any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Do I need to know accounting to use it?
No. When you raise an invoice, record a bill, make a POS sale or run payroll, SmartAkant posts the correct double-entry journal for you. Your accountant still gets a full chart of accounts, journals and a trial balance when they need them.
Can I manage more than one warehouse or store?
Yes. You can create multiple warehouses, move stock between them, and see stock levels and valuation for each one. Low-stock alerts tell you when a product falls below its reorder level.
Can my staff have different levels of access?
Yes. SmartAkant comes with seven built-in roles: Super Admin, Accountant, Sales Officer, Inventory Officer, HR Officer, Auditor and Read-only User, so you can give each person a role that fits their job.
Is my company's data safe and private?
